Theme park enthusiasts and gamers alike are hereby invited to participate in a creative contest, where the winner will receive 4 entry tickets and accommodations to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay in Florida, US.

To enter the contest you need to submit a creation for Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Parkitect. This can either be an in-game Parkitect build clearly inspired by Busch Gardens Tampa Bay (such as an iconic ride or even an entire section of the park) or if you prefer, a piece of digital artwork clearly inspired by Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Parkitect.

Once you’re happy with your creation, share it on social media (X, Facebook, Instagram or Youtube), tag the official Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Texel Raptor/Parkitect account (see FAQ) and submit your creation to us using this form.

The contest ends on 2025-04-14 and a jury of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Texel Raptor members will evaluate the submissions and crown the winner by 2025-04-21. Submissions will be based on creativity and technical skill. Join the contest! We’re excited to see what you’ll come up with!

FAQ

  • I’m not from the US: Can I still submit?
    • Yes, though you’ll have to arrange your own travel to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay if you win.
  • How do I know the social media account I’m tagging in my post is official?
  • For a digital art work submission can I submit a photo of something hand drawn or painted?
    • Yes, just make sure the photo is of a good quality so we can give it a fair assessment :)
  • Can I post my creation on another social media platform other than X, Facebook, Instagram or Youtube?
    • No, to be officially eligible for the contest entry, it must be posted on one of those platforms. However you’re of course free to post your creation wherever you like after that.
  • Is it alright to use mods for a creation made in Parkitect?
    • Yes! As long as the used mods are available somewhere by the end of the contest so we can load your submission.

Terms & Conditions

The Contest Organizers (Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Texel Raptor) invites contestants on this date (2025-02-17) to participate in this contest of creativity, skill and attention to detail, where submissions will be evaluated and one winner will be selected to receive the prize.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility
    • Contestants must be 18 years or older on the date of entry.
    • Employees of the Contest Organizers are not eligible to participate.
  • Submission Guidelines
    • Submissions must be original works created by the contestant.
    • Post an image or video of your creation on social media and tag the official Texel Raptor and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay accounts on the platform.
      • If you post on Instagram you only need to tag Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s account
    • Fill out the official submission form with accurate and complete information.
    • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
    • All entries must be received by 2025-04-14.
  • Judging and Winner Selection
    • One winner will be selected by Texel Raptor and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
    • Judging criteria: Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, technical skill and attention to detail in replicating the real world Busch Gardens Tampa Bay park.
  • Notification of winner
    • The winner will be contacted via their submitted email by 2025-04-14 and later announced via Social Media channels using their submitted nickname or social media handle.
  • Prize
    • The winner will receive four (4) entry tickets and accommodations to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay (Florida, US) for two (2) nights at a date of the winner's choosing.
    • These prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
    • The winner is solely responsible to declare any potential taxation in the winners country of residence
  • Intellectual Property
    • By entering the contest, contestants grant the Contest Organizers a license to use their submissions for promotional or marketing purposes.
    • Contestants retain ownership of their submissions.
  • Liability
    • The Contest Organizers will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Contest Organizers take no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  • Privacy
    • Personal information collected during the contest will only be used for the purposes of administering the contest and delivering prizes.
  • Governing Law
    • The contest is governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
